Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Storm Apps website ("Company", "we") and the services we provide in mobile/web application development, software solutions, and digital marketing within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services

We provide mobile app and website development, UI/UX design, digital transformation, and digital marketing. The scope, details, and deliverables of each project are defined in a separate quote or contract approved by both parties before work begins.

Quotes & Payment

  • Quotes remain valid for the period stated in the proposal and are subject to review thereafter.
  • Payments are made per the schedule agreed in the contract (deposit, milestone payments, final payment on delivery).
  • All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR); VAT is added per applicable Saudi regulations.

Timeline & Delivery

We commit to agreed timelines, provided the client supplies the required content, approvals, and access in a timely manner. Delivery dates may be affected by client-side delays or out-of-scope change requests.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the project's source code and final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated. The Company retains the right to reuse general know-how, tools, and reusable components (frameworks/libraries), and to showcase the project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We keep confidential all information our team accesses during a project and do not disclose it to third parties without the client's permission, except as required by law.

Support & Warranty

We provide a warranty period to fix development-related bugs as defined in the contract. The warranty excludes new changes, additional requirements, or faults caused by third-party intervention. Post-delivery support and maintenance packages are available under a separate agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Reasonable professional care is applied in delivering services. The Company is not liable for indirect damages or business losses arising from misuse or third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, app stores); its liability is capped at the amounts paid for the disputed service.

Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time; updates take effect once published on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over any related dispute.
